Return Window
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the returns procedure below.

- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
- Restocking Fee: We don't take any restocking fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@silkeza.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
- Items not returned within the specified return period.
